Flat-belt Washers

In-Line and U-Bend Designs — clean up your part of the act! Put Almco Super Spray to work washing your parts.

Flexibility is the design key for Almco flat-belt parts washers. Parts travel through the tunnel on either woven or flat wire belt construction with contaminants of oil or grease removed by powerful compound/water spray rinses provided by adjustable nozzles.

Multi-Stage U-Shaped Conveyor Belt Wash/Dry System

  • Five-stage wash, rinse, 2nd rinse, blow-off and drying unit
  • Variable speed 24” wide stainless steel belt with 1” x 1” openings
  • All stainless steel construction
  • Two (2) stainless steel bag filtration units
  • 96” long wash section with 385 gallon insulated tank
  • Two (2) rinse sections located on the conveyor at 180° turn. Each has 165 insulated gallon tanks
  • 48” long moisture blow-off section with 15 H.P. regenerative blower
  • 48” long forced air electric dryer
