Sutton® & Spindle Finishing Systems

Precision Deburring and Surface Finishing for Complex, High-Value Components

When part quality, repeatability, and feature accessibility are critical, conventional batch finishing methods often reach their limits. ALMCO’s Sutton® & Spindle Finishing Systems provide a highly controlled, fixture-based finishing process for components ranging from precision-machined medical and aerospace parts to large turbine disks, blisks, and impellers.

Unlike vibratory bowls, tubs, and centrifugal systems where parts move freely through media, Sutton® and spindle finishing machines securely fixture each workpiece throughout the process. This controlled approach allows media and compound to be directed precisely where needed, producing consistent deburring, edge blending, surface refinement, and polishing results while reducing or eliminating labor-intensive hand finishing operations.

Whether you’re processing small precision components or large aerospace hardware, ALMCO offers a spindle-based finishing solution engineered to match the size, geometry, and production requirements of your application.
