COME SEE US IN CHICAGO!

This year at IMTS, we are featuring an integrated system that highlights our popular SBB-8 and an integrated in-line conveyor washer. The resulting equipment is an ergonomic win for any team looking to install finishing capabilities into their process. Parts enter via conveyor and exit after going through a deburring and washing process – all in one line.

We are located on level three, near a primary entrance, across the aisle from Haas Automation, Inc. We are sharing a sizable booth with sister companies Jorgensen and MFI.

RELEVANT EQUIPMENT

Rotary Top Load Washers feature a lift-up lid on top of the machine for easy access.

SPIRAL BOTTOM BOWL (SBB Series)

The new SBB Series is a round-bowl finishing machine with an innovative spiral-bottom design. The large open area below the screen allows for easier part travel during batch processing, while also decreasing any final inclines that may be present on discharge units.

This vibratory deburring machine features an efficient processing chamber with continuous retention baffles that allow for effective part removal. The internal screening section of these filters is long and includes a media separator screen that allows waste to enter but prevents it from getting stuck during discharge cycles, so it can fall back into your bowl.

CONVEYOR WASHER LINE

ALMCO builds conveyor parts washers for high-volume, continuous cleaning in automated production environments, helping you achieve consistent results while improving efficiency. These inline systems support in-line processing and can be configured with multiple stages including wash, rinse, blow-off, and drying to meet your exact cleanliness and throughput requirements.

Options such as straight-line, U-bend for space-constrained layouts, and monorail designs for overhead transport ensure seamless integration with your production flow and existing automation. Each system can be tailored with features such as temperature control, filtration, oil skimming, and additional stages, providing a reliable, repeatable cleaning solution that reduces labor and maximizes productivity.

Jorgensen Parts-Loading Conveyor

Featured at IMTS, a fully integrated ALMCO finishing cell showcases the seamless combination of a Jorgensen infeed conveyor, ALMCO SBB-8 vibratory finishing machine, and automated part washer. The conveyor’s cleated belt design provides reliable, metered part delivery to the finishing process, promoting consistent part quality and efficient operation.

After finishing, parts are automatically transferred to an integrated washer to remove any residual media, compounds, or process residues before discharge. With customizable hopper capacities and multiple system configurations available, the solution helps manufacturers automate part handling, reduce labor, improve safety, and achieve cleaner, more consistent finished parts.
