Sound hoods help companies provide a safer, more comfortable environment for workers while meeting regulatory noise requirements.
Designed for ALMCO vibratory tubs and bowls, both new and existing machines, sound hoods keep noise at or below required levels.
The actual noise level depends on part size, finishing media, and other conditions.
How it’s made:
Steel cover lined with sound-reducing foam that fits over the vibratory tub/bowl to reduce noise from the vibratory process. May be sliding or have a spring-assisted lid for machine access.
