THE RELINE PROCESS:
- Initial inspection upon arrival
- Notify customer of any significant needed repairs
- Proprietary removal of worn polyurethane lining
- Shot-blasting the steel weldment to clean, stress-relief if needed, and prepare bonding surfaces
- Secondary inspection to locate cracks or wear
- Cleaning and priming for new lining
- Installing a mold and pouring new polyurethane lining
- Final inspection and repainting
